Terms and Conditions of Return Policy

The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from ECO BAU HELLAS M.I.K.E. stores in Greece.

You have 30 days to change your mind

To return your products, you can visit the Eco Bau store at 73 Spyrou Mela Street in Metamorfosi within 30 days, bringing your receipt and credit card slip (if paid by card). For any additional information, feel free to contact us by phone. Our store contact numbers are available on our website.

If you are unable to return the purchased items yourself, our partnered delivery company can return them for you at an additional charge. The return shipping fee depends on your postal code and the volume of the goods.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, in sealed packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless they fall under warranty due to a manufacturing defect. If the product packaging has been opened, you must ensure it is returned in excellent condition, including all parts and accessories. You agree to take care of the returned products from the time they are delivered to you until they are handed over to Eco Bau or the designated courier or transport company.

If items are not returned within 30 days, Eco Bau reserves the right to refuse the return or replacement. In any case, the maximum return period cannot exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.

Beyond the rights granted by this return policy, all legal consumer rights regarding sales contracts and product warranties remain in effect.

Refund of Returned Product Value

If you meet the return conditions, we will refund you the amount corresponding to the returned goods using the same payment method as the original transaction (credit card, bank deposit), unless you request another method in writing.

The refund will be processed as soon as possible, and only after the return is accepted by our store.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
a) the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly customized (e.g., custom-made doors, windows, shutters, or screens), and
b) products that have been altered by you.
