We provide a warranty for all our products. The duration of the warranty period depends on the type of product purchased through the Eco Bau sales network. In the case of white windows, it is 15 years, and for colored ones, it is 10 years.
The warranty starts from the date of purchase and remains valid provided that the product is installed correctly and used properly, in accordance with Eco Bau’s cleaning and maintenance guidelines.
Warranty repairs are carried out by the local representatives who completed the sale, no later than 30 days from the date the complaint is filed. With prior agreement from the customer, this period may be adjusted.
Aluplast PVC frames are made from durable, high-quality, and low-maintenance synthetic material. For cleaning, use a pH-neutral detergent and a soft sponge—dust and any stains can be easily removed this way. Dry the surface with a soft cloth.
Make sure to check and remove any foreign objects from the water drainage chambers (located in the frames), so that water can drain freely.
The use of abrasive cleaners with microgranules that damage the smooth surface is strictly prohibited, as is the use of chemicals such as paint thinners, gasoline, or diesel. Likewise, scrubbing surfaces with sandpaper, wire brushes, metal scrapers, metal brushes, or rough sponges is not allowed.
Cleaning frequency should depend on how dirty the PVC frames are. If there are stains or residues on your frames that cannot be removed using the methods mentioned above, please consult a specialist.
The rubber seals on synthetic frames are made from high-quality synthetic material, highly resistant to weather conditions and aging. While cleaning your frames, you should also clean the rubber seals from dust and dirt.
By using special silicone oils, you can significantly maintain their elasticity and functionality.
The mechanisms retain their mobility and functionality through the application of spray grease. The moving parts of the mechanism should be lubricated with a few drops of oil, while the locking points should be coated with acid-free grease or petroleum jelly.
This way, you maintain the proper operation of your window frame.

Modern synthetic (PVC) frames are so well insulated that natural air renewal no longer occurs. It is up to the user to ensure proper ventilation. With modern synthetic windows, one can save on heating costs while also maintaining a healthy indoor environment.
Cross-ventilation—by opening windows on opposite sides—is quick and effective, as a single open window is often insufficient. Just five minutes are enough to refresh the air. For tilt-open windows, at least 10 minutes of ventilation are needed.
To support continuous air renewal, microventilation systems can be installed on PVC frames.
Despite the great care taken during their installation, some dirt may remain—such as plaster residue, wallpaper paste, glue, or paint splashes. These can be removed using a semi-rigid plastic spatula by gently scraping at an angle, followed by wiping with a damp cloth.
Adhesive and paint residue on the glass surfaces can be carefully removed with a razor blade or utility knife held at a shallow angle.
