How to join the program – Step-by-step guide

1. Check if you meet the basic criteria
   The property must:
   – Be legal
   – Not be currently rented
   – Be intended for rental for at least 3 years
   – Belong to you or be in your usufruct
   – Not have already participated in the same program
2. Gather the required documents
   – Title deeds & legalization documents
   – EPC (Energy Performance Certificate)
   – Photos before the renovation
   – E1, E9 & IBAN
   – Solemn declaration that you will rent it out
3. Submit your application on gov.gr
   – Log in with Taxisnet
   – Fill in your info & upload documents
   – Choose suppliers or submit offers
4. Request quotes for the works
